Sure, attached it.  (ignore the encoding-related ones...  A PGK user has
wrong UTF-8, and fallback to ISO8859-1 is bad for Korean language)

No.  '&' should be escaped to '&amp;' in this case (XML CDATA).  Is
there such escaping method?
