[Devel] added support for multiple keywords

Was playing around with the Planet nightly build and ended up adding
support for multiple keywords (OR logic). We can now specify multiple
keywords for a feed as follows:
name = Slashdot
keyword = keyword1|keyword2|keyword3
If you don't like the pipe (|) separator (the default character to
seperate keywords), you can specify any other character using the
keyword_seperator directive (added this new directive) in config.ini
file. Note that you can specify only one keyword separator and it is not
for per feed.
Though the attached archive also contains the config.ini file with
comments on how to use keyword_separator etc., you will only need to
copy planet.py found in the archive to the planet directory, replacing
the earlier file.
I have added comments in planet.py to indicate the lines of code which I
have added or modified
