venus: CSV for subscription list

I've not heard that suggestion before.  Intriguing.

Seems to me that there would need to be a bit more of a convention than 
simply CSV.  First column is the URI, the second column is the name, 
additional columns may have name=value in them?  Or perhaps, the first 
row is reserved for labels which determine the meaning of the various 
columns in additional rows?

In any case, would you happen to have a sample spreadsheet showing what 
your thinking was on this subject?
