Make Planet uses the </published> tag over the </updated> tag

Ouch. Well, I guess that means Planet is stable. So, I am probably better
off patch Wordpress instead.

I did a quick read on the venus codebase, and it seems to be much
cleaner than the current code of Planet. Do you plan to merge your
changes back into Planet's codebase?
