Make Planet uses the </published> tag over the </updated> tag

Apologies, your mail arrived while I've been travelling - there won't be any
further changes on the Planet 2.0 branch, and Venus (which will hopefully be
Planet 3.0) can optionally do this, so you might want to experiment with it.
