Venus: corrently using xpath_sifter on a per feed basis?

Filters listed in the [planet] section apply to every feed in the 
planet.  Filters listed in an individual feed section only apply to that 
feed.  Patches to the documentation to make this clearer would be 
gratefully accepted.

An example of a configuration that makes use of per-feed filters:
