Exclude spam links from mememe results

My experience is that when there are multiple related pages, you will
often see multiple people linking to all of them.  This affects the
results significantly: instead of getting that news item once, it can
positively dominate the results.

I'm not sure what the right answer is here, but if you would prefer to
see all of the links, deleting the line that says "if not novel:
continue" would do that.
