XSLT help

Hi,

   I moved hosting server and the xsltproc on the new server fails when
generating output files (using the supplied asf theme from Sam's venus
branch). Following is the error I get...

What could be the issue ? Here are the details of xsltproc environment:
~  > xsltproc -V
Using libxml 20623, libxslt 10111 and libexslt 809
xsltproc was compiled against libxml 20616, libxslt 10111 and libexslt 809
libxslt 10111 was compiled against libxml 20616
libexslt 809 was compiled against libxml 20616
