Google CSV Download error

I recently moved my Syndication list from the config.ini to a Google
Spreadsheet - I have included the following in my CONFIG.INI

[http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pxGjCIMadE-IYufwdOCQkUQ&output=csv]

But the script show a DownloadReadingList error - im puzzled as to why this
is happening -
