Excerpt filters and feedburner.

OK, this one is still plaguing me a bit. I can't seem to fully tame
the excerpt filter and the mobile along with other xslt themes are
throwing weird bits into the output.

It appears xslt themes are choking on apostrophes, opening and closing
quotes and ellipsis it finds within feeds and turning them into
accented A's and Euro marks. I'm not very familiar with xslt so I
can't tell if it's the parser or the theme acting up here (tried a few
all with similar output). And while the feedburner feedflare images
are getting stripped out now, other images in the post are being
passed up.

I'm starting to give up.
