Hiding feeds

Hi,

I've created a template based on Planet SUSE that allows for hiding (and
unhiding) of feeds.  It requires no hacking of the Planet code and just
a small change to each entry in config.ini.

It's attached to this mail, if someone fancies including it in the
planet codebase, that would be cool.

Basically, all that's required is to add a unique feedid to each feed in
the config.ini.
