I have no confidence that there will be additional releases of the
code base that is planet 2.0.  Virtually all of the development
activity is around Venus.

Venus supports subscription lists in a variety of syntaxes: opml,
foaf, csv, and (of course) config.  Syntaxes other than config don't
have this issue.

My recommendation is that people who wish to continue with Planet 2.0
would be well advised to consider %5B as a workable solution.  Those
that don't find this workaround acceptable would be well advised to
look at Venus.
