python db error with planetplanet

Hello,

I get the following error when I run planetplanet from cron as www-data,
but not when I run it on the command line as root. The stack trace seems to
point to a database permissions problem, but I am unsure what the database
is called and where it is so it is hard for me to check its permissions.
Can someone advise me where to start looking to solve this?
