You are looking for the config entry 'face', as example
[http://www.example.com/rss]
    face = foo.png
    faceheight = 32

Hint, check the sample config next time :-). Included in the package,
but also online at
http://www.gnome.org/~jdub/bzr/planet/devel/trunk/examples/basic/config.ini
