Blog titles not parsing

I'm not certain I understand the question. The "classic fancy" template
provided with Venus isn't meant to pick up the titles, but could be made
to do so simply by changing channel_name to channel_title in the
template itself.
In the config.ini below, the names are all commented out (i.e., the
lines start with a hash mark).
