archive.py - Tool to generate archive pages of planet entries from cached entries

Hello guys,

I had originally been looking around for a tool to generate archive pages
for planet venus . Failing to find one suitable I have written a simple tool
that does it.

You can get more information at http://mohangk.org/projects/venus/, maybe
some of you guys will find it useful.

This work was done based off the planet venus code base.
