RES: cyrillic characters unavailable in config.ini

Hi there,

Tell us about the error showed. I had some problems with UTF-8 but already done here.

Erm, no? I have an aggregator on http://swamp.ludost.net, and there are no issues with UTF8 in the config.ini. What's the error you're seeing ?
