Can I turn off sanitzation?

I have ended up adding script embed and object tags to the allowed
list, which makes it rather pointless. I am forced to as the feeds I
am aggregating use them heavily.

The ideal way to do this would be to able to configure it per feed (so
script, at least, could be restricted to trusted feeds). As I cannot
do that, I have to allow it for all, and just be selective about what
feeds I use.

I far as I can see, I might as well have it turned off - am I right?
Is it possible?
